Paul has over 20+ years of experience in financial services and has a successful track record in finding intellectual solutions to business problems and implementing innovative technology solutions to support new businesses and process change, delivering efficiencies, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
He has held senior operations positions at Deutsche Bank, Lehman Brothers and Barclays, where he was Global Head of Equity and Prime Services Operations. Prior to joining BNY Mellon, he spent the 6 years in technology consulting where he led on various regulatory initiatives and building strategic partnerships with RegTech solution providers.
As Head of Regulatory Strategy within Global Operations and Technology, Paul is focused on delivering regulatory compliance for the firm through innovation and delivery of technology and process improvement.
